Healthy Snack Ideas:

Potato chips are much loved but unhealthy. But what are the healthy alternatives?

Apple chips: Bake thin slices of apple. These can be preserved for some time if stored in an air tight container.

Turnip chips: Bake slices of turnip and salt to taste. It is rich in vitamin C.

Beetroot chips: Bake thin slices of beetroot and add a little amount of coconut oil. They are rich in vitamin B, potassium and anti-oxidants.

Egg white chips: Mix egg whites and spices and bake to make crispy chips. This can be an amazing low calorie snack.
