– Cut down on fried, preserved and processed foods and include lots of fruits and veggies in your daily diet.

– Avoid foods that are cooked at high temperatures as it destroys the nutrition in food.

– Reduce anything which has high sugar content in it, be it soda or flour baked eatables.

– Avoid or reduce dairy products as they contain a protein which irritates tissue around joints.

– Avoid alcohol and cigarettes.
