Here are 6 tips to improve your eyesight:

  1. Consume food rich in vitamin A such as apple, carrots, grapes, cucumber juice, spinach, leafy vegetables, turnip, fresh milk, tomatoes, cabbage, soya beans, green peas, oranges and dates.
  2. Mix some cardamom seeds in 1 tbsp honey and eat it daily.
  3. Drinking blueberry juice helps improve eyesight.
  4. Drinking 20 ml of amla juice everyday also helps eyesight.
  5. Perform blinking exercises and palming exercises.
