A research states that to stay fit the quality of workout is more important than quantity of hours you spend at the gym. The more variations you have in your exercise regimen, the better will be your fitness level. A study was conducted on 3 groups of volunteers. The first group did not exercise, the second group did a lot of resistance training and the third group did strength training with cardio exercises. Results showed that the third group of volunteers lost the most weight. So just follow a multi-dimensional exercise plan to boost your fitness by leaps and bounds!
