Poor posture and body mechanics, smoking, obesity are some of the risk factors. Hence, maintain a good posture, quit smoking, maintain a healthy weight.
Suppression of natural urges,night outs should also be avoided.
Pavanamuktasana, shalabhasana, dhanurasana, bhujangasana, tadasana are some of the yogaasanas useful in case of slip disc.You should only practice this under the guidance of a yoga expert.
Avoid intake spicy, deep fried food items. Also, intake of cold food and drinks.
