- Give rest to your legs to alleviate pain.
- Avoid running, jogging, and standing for a long duration.
- Wear proper fitting and supportive shoes.
- Try using heel cups.
- Do stretching exercise to strengthen your ligaments.
- Sit and try to roll your legs on a tennis ball.
- If you are overweight, lose extra kilos to reduce stress on your heels.
- Massage the affected area with Kottamchukkadi taila or Chinchadi tailam.
- Soak your feet in warm water added with Epsom salt or expose to steam of dashamoola kashayam.
- You can undergo Ayurvedic treatment procedure like agnikarma, raktamokshana, swedana and lepa.
- Ayurvedic medicines like Rasnadi kashayam, Sahacharadi kashayam, Dhanwantaram kashayam, and Dashamoola kashayam. Yogaraja guggulu, kaishora guggulu are effective.
