For this, you only need a tablespoon of honey and 2 grams of Shilajit powder. Mix the two together and apply the mixture on your face for 15 to 30 mins.

This is best for regular use as the benefits of Shilajit for skin will combine with the goodness of honey leaving behind smooth, rejuvenated and supple skin.

You can also replace the honey with a spoon of pure aloe vera gel for a cooling effect.

Shilajit Face Pack

You need:
– 2 grams of Shilajit
– ½ tsp cinnamon
– ½ tsp of nutmeg
– 1 tbsp. of honey

Combine all the above and apply the mixture on your face for up to half an hour.

For Internal Processes 

The benefits of Shilajit for skin can be experienced to the fullest when ingested in the capsule form. All you need to do is take one capsule twice a day. It is preferable that you take the capsule with some milk.
