It was seen that people consuming sugary beverages don’t compensate for the high caloric content in the beverage. Those who drink sugary drinks do not feel as full as if they had eaten the same calories from solid food and therefore assume that they have not added on any calories. The overall result of the study showed that having artificially sweetened beverages has a lot of negative impact. And, also with time it can influence the diet choices one makes which actually results in weight gain rather than loss.
