Struggling with body odour?  Did you know that what you eat and drink can cause body odour?

  • Spicy food: Spicy food contains sulphur and can make you go about smelling really bad. Avoid heavy doses of onion, garlic, ginger and pepper in your food.
  • Excess of alcohol, chocolates, tea, coffee and soda all cause excessive perspiration.
  • Diet with excess protein and less carbs can cause sweat. Dairy products that are rich in protein can make you smell.
  • Junk food and red meat are also equally responsible for bad body odour.

 

If you tend to sweat a lot, try to shower at least thrice daily and do not reuse unwashed clothes even if you wore them for only a little while.
