Why eat something that has chemicals in it when there is an easy and healthier option instead? Try making your own healthy ketchup at home. Here’s a recipe. The different ingredients you’ll need for it are tomato paste, apple cider vinegar, sea salt, dried oregano, cumin, pepper and mustard powder. Ensure the tomato paste you get is organic and BPA (Bisphenol A) free. All you need to do is combine all these ingredients together to get your ketchup. You can then keep it in a sealed container in the fridge. And of course, nothing is tastier than homemade ketchup.
