- If you are busy attending too many phone calls a day all you need to do is start walking while talking. Pacing back and forth is a great way to exercise.
- You may also want to walk while reading a book.
- A 10 minute jog in between work is a good thing and will also not make you sweat.
- Another fun activity you might want to try is to turn on your favorite music and start dancing. Don’t worry how you dance; more important is that dancing serves as an exercise.
- 10 minutes of surya namaskar (sun salutations) or some simple yoga poses will also give your body the much needed movement every day.
