Exercise in Pregnancy for a Brainy Baby!

If you are pregnant, exercise daily for a smart baby! Studies show that babies are much smarter whose moms exercised at least for 20 minutes in a day. A recent study showed that such babies are able to discriminate between different sounds and tones more easily than their counterparts. Their intelligence is superior to others babies even when they are 8-10 days old. As they grow up these kids communicate better and have higher IQ than their peers. So go for a walk or exercise for a brainy baby! However, always follow your doctor’s advice on what exercises to do and for how long!
