    Well, Indian working women struggle a lot during the day travelling, working, cooking etc i dnt know ho much comfortable are we with the term exercise when there is joint family around and so many responsibilities on ur head

    Dear Sulochana, it hardly takes 15-30 minutes to do the prescribed exercises. Alternately you can simply take a walk in the park. Your health is your priority. Women do much multi tasking during the day and exercising helps them boost their stamina & de-stress them.
