Want to lose weight? Simply follow these Ten Commandments:

Drink lukewarm lemon water first thing in the morning. Eat more proteins to keep hunger pangs at bay. Boost your metabolism by eating 5 meals a day. Gorge on lots of fresh fruits and veggies and balance your carbs, proteins and fibre content. Flush out the toxins with 2-3 litres of water daily. Save your alcohol spree for the weekends, if you can’t chuck it. Say NO to processed foods, and exercise! Any form of workout for 30-45 minutes a day will help you lose weight. Last but not the least- take ample rest! Rest helps to rejuvenate your mind and body.

    I hav been trying to loose since long…but ds jan i tuk up bery seriously…!! Good food no oil no sweets lots of salads nd 30 minutes good workout at gym…!! Its 8 months and i lost nothing. I kinda a shaped up a bit but no weight lose above 2 kgs for 8 months. I feel failed nd miserable. Juss wanna leave it nd want to go bkk to ma earlier chillout life…:(+

    You need more good fats like virgin coconut oil. avocados, ghee, butter from pasture fed cows. Cut out sugar in any form, refined or from starches and grain.
