While the best friends of your taste buds might be fried foods, it is best to limit their intake. We all agree that fried foods are very high in fat and calories. Too much consumption therefore becomes an unhealthy option. However, the greater concern is that fried foods are also thought to increase the risk of Diabetes Mellitus. Sadly, the yummiest fried foods come with many shortcomings.  A study revealed that the chances of developing Type 2 Diabetes were directly proportional to the consumption of food items that are deep fried.
