Good Night. Rest Your Body and Mind!


You must have had someone tell you “Sleep on it” when you're faced with a big dilemma.  It could be a major life-changing decision that you're trying to make – something that bothers you enough to want to end a long relationship or to quit your job or something equally drastic.

When you go to sleep, your mind is calm and not agitated by active thinking.  Instead, your mind works in the background and you will find yourself waking up with much more clarity than the night before.  You will, most often than not, wake up and find an all new simple solution to a seemingly difficult problem.

So, don't make hasty decisions, get a good night's sleep and don't let today's troubles keep you up.  Tomorrow is a brand new day and will bring you brand new ways to make the right decision!
