  • Soak your feet in warm water added with Epsom salt or expose to steam of dashamoola kashayam.
  • You can undergo Ayurvedic treatment procedure like agnikarma, raktamokshana, swedana and lepa.
  • Ayurvedic medicines like Rasnadi kashayam, Sahacharadi kashayam, Dhanwantaram kashayam, and Dashamoola kashayam. Yogaraja guggulu, kaishora guggulu are effective.
