    Fish oil can be obtained from eating fish or by taking supplements. If you have oily fishes daily (like mackerel, tuna, salmon, sturgeon) then supplements are not needed. Supplements step in when you cannot have oily fishes regularly.

    Regarding brands of fish oil, there’s a lot of fish oil supplements that is currently available in the market. Yet for kids, I’d rather recommend only Maxalife Omega 3 for ADHD. My nephew was diagnosed with ADHD yet my sister did not want to medicate him. After reading some info about Maxalife’s Omega-3 Fish Oil on the Web, she thought she’d give Maxalife Omega 3 a go, if it did not work I would then go on to the drugs for him. The change in my nephew is remarkable, He is now a normal and happy elementary pupil who can follow even difficult instructions at school!

    I have a printer hooked up to the computer in my room. My daughter has a computer in her room and no printer. How can she do her homework on her computer, but have it print out on the printer in my room? Do I need the internet on one computer or both? Maybe not at all?.
