Try something new! Here is a healthy Beetroot Salad recipe for you:

– Steam 2-3 beetroots till they become tender.

– Peel the skin and cut them into pieces.

– Add 1 grated onion, 2 tbsp chopped coriander and mint to the beet root pieces.

– Take another bowl and add 1/4 cup walnut oil and 1/4 cup olive oil and mix 2 tsp lemon juice.

– Season this mixture and add some roasted walnuts to it.

– Sprinkle rosewater just before you serve.
