How to Make a Delicious Vegetable Chila!

This vegetable chila is a healthy treat, especially for diabetics!  Try this mouth watering recipe:


  • Moong Dal flour – 1 cup
  • Cabbage (finely grated) – 1/4 cup
  • Bottle Gourd (finely grated) – 1/4 cup
  • Ginger Garlic paste – 1 tsp
  • Turmeric – 1/4 tsp
  • Green chilli (finely chopped) – 1
  • Green Coriander leaves (finely chopped) – 1 small bunch
  • Salt
  • Water


Mix the moong dal flour with the rest of the ingredients and add salt to taste. Add sufficient water to the mix and stir to make batter. Heat a non stick pan and add a few drops of ghee. Spread the batter evenly on the pan and cook for 3- 4 minutes on both sides till it turns golden brown. Serve with coriander chutney.
