In the study they found that while singing there is a release of hormone Oxytocin which takes away the dullness feeling within us. Moreover it was also found that singing in a chorus lifts one’s mood and brings about a calming effect. So now anytime you are feeling gloomy or stressed, tune in to your preferred FM station and have a rocking time. Even your office colleagues will have some fun that way.
