7.  Natural Cures for Sore Muscles and bruises:
Any cumbersome physical activity like mountaineering, rowing, White River rafting might lead to soreness in the muscles and few bruises which should be treated with natural cures. The best natural cures to treat the soreness is by applying a cream with presence of arnica extracts in it. Arnica cream is one of the natural cures that has been known to provide fast and quick pain relief in soreness and pain in the muscles. Creams made with arnica flower makes a very good herbal ointment. If you use this cream immediately then your bruises, soreness and common pains will heal up much faster than you would have anticipated.

8. Gas and Flatulence

There are certain foods such as raw vegetables and beans which cause more flatulence as compared with other foods. However, some people suffer from flatulence more commonly than the others because their digestion is not that strong. Certain foods such as ginger, peppermint, coriander, dill and even anise are natural cures that aid the digestion and make it stronger. Have a tea with any of the above mentioned ingredient for some natural cures and you will find yourself having a better digestion in couple of week’s time.

9. Dandruff

The shampoos available in the market contain lot of chemicals which further strip the scalp of its natural nutrition. So try something more natural first. There are many natural cures to get rid of the dandruff from your hair, few of them are…
-Firstly, mix half a lemon juice in two tablespoon of coconut oil, massage the same on your scalp and leave it overnight, wash the hair with a conditioning shampoo next day.
-The next way is by applying aloe vera gel on your scalp, it is cooking and filled with healthy components, apply it on the scalp and leave it there for twenty minutes and wash it off. This is helpful way of healing an itchy scalp.
-You can also rinse your hair with natural cures like little apple cider vinegar after washing your hair.

10. Headaches

Keep natural cures like essential peppermint and/or lavender oils handy.
-Whenever one of those headaches pop back up, rub a little of any one essential oil on your temples to cure the same. Add two drops of these oils on your handkerchief and sniff a little.
-You can also rub a lemon wedge on your forehead, or use lime wedge instead of it. This is a very effective herbal remedy for curing headaches.
-you can even use an ice pack on your forehead for about ten to twenty minutes to cure the headache.

11. Sore Throat

Sore throat is followed by cold and cough, so this symptom is not to be ignored. Ease a sore throat with natural cures by gargling with lukewarm salt water three to four times in a day. Have couple of cups of herbal honey lemon tea to soothe the throat more quickly.

12. Nausea
The best way to cure nausea and even car sickness is by having ginger tea. This is one of the tried and tested age old natural cures. You can also chew a small piece of ginger if you can handle the strong and tangy flavor of the raw ginger. Some people also sniff peppermint or lavender oil to ease nausea.

13. Burns
The best way to treat burns is by applying aloe vera gel on it. You can also place a slice of potato of the burned area.

    Great Headache Remedies in lavender and peppermint! I think figuring out what causes headaches is just as important as finding headache relief. Many people dont take the steps to figure out both ends and just want a quick fix with a pill. If tension is the issue, fix the tension and it will probably fix the headache.

    Gas and flatulence mostly result because of inadequate CHEWING and because of DILUTING DIGESTIVE JUICES by drinking water immediately after meals or along the meals. So adequate chewing and allowing the juices to remain undiluted by avoiding drinking liquids during meals and for at least one and half hours, is the most effective PREVENTION of gas and flatulence( .Of course there other medical causes of flatulence)
