If you have a nagging back pain, what do you do? Take a hot compress or pop a painkiller. Doctors propose to look for emotional causes instead of physiological ones for back pain. Stressful and fast paced lives hardly leave room for emotional wellness.
There are ways to find emotional release to heal back pain. Do deep breathing exercises to signal your brain that all is well. Write out your worries in a journal and throw them away. Do away with your inhibitions or anxieties. Be less critical and demanding of yourself. Indulge in activities that you love like painting, reading etc. It will rejuvenate you and charge you up with new life force. Your body will heal itself with positive emotions.
