Health Benefits of Noni Juice

Noni juice is extracted from the Noni fruit, Morinda Citfifolia, also known as Indian mulberry. Noni is a fruit the size of a potato. The fruit is commonly grown in tropical regions like Florida and Hawaii. In India, Noni is grown in Tamil Nadu and efforts are on to cultivate it more extensively.

Noni is rich in many nutrients like Niacin, Vitamins, vitamin C as well as beta carotene. The health benefits of noni juice are many. Noni juice has been used in Chinese medicine for many years and is especially used to cure irregular menstrual periods.  Noni juice has anti viral as well as anti inflammatory properties.

The health benefits of Noni juice are:

1. Skin troubles:
People facing skin problems like eczema and yeast rash have benefitted from the use of Noni juice. Having this juice everyday helps treat skin troubles. People facing acne problems have also benefitted from the consumption of noni juice. Everyday use of noni juice helps improve the health of the skin. There are some creams that have noni juice extracts which are good for the skin.

2. Joint pain:
Joint pain caused due to arthritis can be treated with the use of noni juice. People suffering from arthritis have claimed that they have benefitted from the use of noni juice. Noni juice is helpful in reducing inflammation and joint pain significantly.

3. Digestion:
Noni juice can help ease bowel symptoms and reduce constipation. Noni juice has been used for ages to cure diarrhoea as well as constipation. Constant occurrence of diarrhoea and irregularity in bowel movement has been treated successfully with the regular consumption of noni juice. This juice also helps in treating intestinal disorders. Some people use it ease stomach pain as well as ulcers.

4. Diabetes:
Noni juice has been observed to manage the symptoms of diabetes quite effectively. Noni juice helps in normalising the blood sugar levels and it is extremely helpful in avoiding the fluctuations in blood sugar levels. Having noni juice everyday can help manage diabetes better.

5. Cholesterol:
A rise in cholesterol levels can cause cardiovascular problems. Noni juice helps in reducing triglycerides thus reducing the cholesterol levels. Noni juice is recommended for people with family history of cardiovascular problems. It is also beneficial for those who have high levels of cholesterol in their body.

6. Cancer:
A study done on mice proved that noni juice has potential to be an effective anti cancer drink. Mice having cancer like tumours were given noni juice and several tests were done on them to prove that noni juice has anti-cancer properties. With noni juice intake the tumour did not grow at its regular pace. This proves that noni juice can reduce the speed of cancerous growth in the body (by stating this fact we do not favoor animal testing we are just passing information in favor of noni juice).

Noni juice has the potential to cure many ailments. However, no definite studies have been completed to show its effectiveness on humans. Hence, noni juice must not be taken as the only treatment for diseases like cancer and diabetes. It can be taken as a supplement to speed up the recovery from these diseases. Also, people with liver problems must not consume noni juice as it can aggravate the symptoms.

You can have about 30 ml of noni juice everyday to enjoy maximum benefits without any noted side effects.

I have got one idea for your web site. It seems like at this time there are a handful of cascading stylesheet issues while launching a selection of web pages within google chrome as well as internet explorer. It is operating alright in internet explorer. Possibly you can double check this.

Between me and my husband we’ve owned more MP3 players over the years than I can count, including Sansas, iRivers, iPods (classic & touch), the Ibiza Rhapsody, etc. But, the last few years I’ve settled down to one line of players. Why? Because I was happy to discover how well-designed and fun to use the underappreciated (and widely mocked) Zunes are.
