Close your eyes, inhale deeply for 5 seconds, hold your breath for next 5 seconds, exhale for 5 seconds and hold your breath for next 5 seconds. Continue for a minute and slowly open your eyes. Repeat daily. You will find that your mind and body are in a relaxed zone. You will feel much happier and calmer than before.
