Logistics Manager

As a Logistics Manager for Nirogam, your responsibilities will be to handle the overall supply chain management including organizing and monitoring storage and distribution of goods. Your goal is to manage the entire order cycle to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction.

What you will do:

  • Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services.
  • Direct, optimise and coordinate full order cycle.
  • Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers.
  • Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
  • Recommend optimal transport modes, routes or frequency.
  • Arrange warehouse, catalogue goods, plan routes and process shipments.
  • Resolve any arising problems or complaints.
  • Supervise, lead and train warehouse workforce.
  • Meet cost, productivity and accuracy standards.
  • Maintain metrics and analyse data to assess performance and implement improvements.
  • Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements.
  • Deliver solutions to logistics problems while maintaining high levels of quality and service within budgetary requirements.
  • Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports/exports or customer issues.
  • Review impact of logistics changes, such as routing, shipping modes, product volumes or carriers and report results to others.
  • Assess and make recommendations for logistics processes in potential new facilities or plants and advise of cost implications and efficiency.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and identify inefficiencies and cost optimisation opportunities.
  • Ensure the integrity of inventory accuracy and manage stock movements with the help of direct reports.
  • Ensure carrier compliance with company policies or procedures for product transit and delivery

Required Skillset and Qualification:

Technical Competencies
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or relevant field.
  • Proven working experience of 4 years as a Logistics Manager.
  • Record of successful distribution and logistics management In-depth knowledge of the consumer goods industry.
  • Solid understanding of logistics and inventory management software.

National Sales Head

As the National Sales Head for Nirogam, we are looking for a data-driven individual who brings commercial acumen and a deep understanding of the consumer base, the competitive market landscape, an ability to analyze and define Sales department KPIs and targets to sales personnel on a regular basis and subsequently defines data-driven action strategies to consistently optimize the commercial performance of the business.

What you will do:

Objective : Owning the Sales Function in Nirogam

  • Generate and be accountable for driving sales for our products through Doctors, Retailers, Chemists, and Distributors.
  • Design, build and recruit region superstar sales teams and make each region profitable.
  • Train and develop the sales superstars on powerful pitching and closure techniques.
  • Maintain sales volume by tracking changing trends, economic indicators, competitors and demand-supply matrices.
  • Implement a national sales strategy for the Sales Team, make schemes and offers for our target audience i.e. chemists, doctors and corporates.
  • Supervise regional sales managers.
  • Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies, analyzing trends and results.
  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories and projecting expected sales volumes and profit for existing and new products.
  • Implement national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
  • Complete national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.
  • Maintain national staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees.
  • Plan, monitor, and appraise job results.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results.
  • Create and Drive a Key Account Sales Function to capture big ticket sales. Study the market, set goals and achieve the targets set.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Technical Competencies
  • 5-6 years of relevant experience in a leading sales role in a FMCG/ Pharma company/Ayurveda company.
  • Bachelor's degree or MBA in Business, Marketing and Sales, or related field
  • Target Driven and should possess a Go-Getter Attitude
  • Team Management and Should able to recruit Sales Reps, coach and monitor them
Behavioural competencies
  • An analytical mindset and leverage data for impactful commercial decisions.

Inventory and Warehouse Manager

As an Inventory and Warehouse Manager for Nirogam, your responsibilities will be to handle the overall inventory and warehouse management including organizing the inventory tracking system to record deliveries, shipments and monitor storage for the distribution of goods to improve inventory and warehouse control procedures.

What you will do:

  • Strategically plan and manage inventory keeping process, maintain analytics and MIS , define end to end procurement of stock and prepare forecast , maintain optimum level of stock , plan for efficient working capital consumption .
  • Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycles to achieve the best results.
  • Keep track of quality, quantity of stock , shelf life management , warehouse space management , delivery times, inventory logistics costs .
  • Manage stock vendors and negotiate stock pricing towards cost reduction objectives.
  • Supervise, coach and train on field delivery workforce.
  • Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness of targets.
  • Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements.

As the Telesales/Customer Service Manager for Nirogam, We are seeking a highly motivated and resourceful individual to build a customer service team optimizing all channels email, social media, chat and phone all while strengthening team culture and driving customer happiness. You will be responsible for all aspects related to customer satisfaction and care as well as the supervision of our dedicated Customer Service Associates by developing effective customer service procedures, implementing customer loyalty programs, process improvements, develop internal documentation, and contribute to a team environment, and setting customer satisfaction goals.

Responsibilities - What you will do:

Team Management and Collaboration:
  • Develop metrics to measure the growth and performance of the team
  • Develop/Implement/manage the Billing, CRM and other required softwares as per the requirement of the project and map the entire customer service activities in it for effective management and monitoring of the department.
  • Manage the approved budget of the customer service department.
  • Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions.
