Social Media Specialist

As the Social Media Specialist for Nirogam, we are looking for a talented individual to manage our social media presence as per the larger branding and marketing goals of Nirogam. Given the impact of social media, this role will have a large impact on Nirogam's brand and reach.

What you will do:

Strategy Planning
  • Design and implement Nirogam’s social media strategy. Ensure the strategy is aligned to the business goals.
  • Perform research on current benchmarks, trends and audience preferences.
  • Manage and oversee social media content.
  • Understand brand sentiment, requirements, guidelines and target groups.
  • Effectively manage accounts assigned, jointly strategize for campaigns and take care of end-to-end co- ordination.
Community Management
  • Work thoroughly on audience and buyer persona research.
  • Manage high volume of daily social media posts.
  • Communicate with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner. Develop processes to ensure this objective.
  • Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.
  • Undertake online customer community building and engagement initiatives

Determining KPIs
  • Define and manage social media related KPIs
  • Measure the success of every social media campaign
  • Prepare, propose and monitor social media spend budgets, monitor and measure ROI.

  • Collaborate, draft and manage SOPs.
    • Trend Awareness
      • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.

      • Develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high customer engagement and interaction with the assets.

We are looking for a Creative Visualiser and Designer for Nirogam, who has to indulge in creative brainstorming, conceptual design, visual communication, information visualization, prototypes, and more. Boraddly, your key role is to create digital design assets for a wide range of platforms for marketing and branding.

What you will do:

  • Create postings on social media sites including, but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Responsible for delivering effective aesthetic Clear understanding of brand design development workflows
  • Manage and produce digital design work, including banner sizing and versioning.
  • Generate advertisements for current and new products according to marketing trends.
  • Develop graphics and layouts for marketing brochures, assorted flyers, forms and company logos.
  • Create digital ads using Google Ads.
  • Translate product positioning, existing research, and offline/online marketing strategies into effective designs.

  • Minimum 4 years of successful design experience, preferably at a digital agency or in-house Web team for a product-driven business.
  • Working experience in graphic or visual design (ideally 2-4 years’ experience).

What you will do:

Video Creating
  • Create and develop multimedia (audio/video) content.
  • Script, storyboard, budget, allocate resources, set deadlines and select optimal forms of media.

    • Conceptualize and edit videos, add music, dialogue, sound effect, automated audio syncing, color correction and grading, audio noise removal, trimming of non-content footage, subtitles, create thumbnails and understand the needs of the moment and execute accordingly.
    • Shortlist and Improve visuals, faulty footage, correct lighting, video colors, fonts, photographs, layouts and other design elements to communicate creative and video concepts.

Customer Service Executive

What you will do:

Customer Service
  • Work as a first layer of representation for Nirogam’s customers via all channels of communication, that is, website, social media, email, chat and telephone.
  • Communicate Nirogam’s purpose, core values and vision to customers.
  • Courteously welcome customers, understand their requirements, ask for a prescription from a physician, and take necessary customer details.
  • Take bookings for medical consultations.
  • Educate customers about products and services in a clear manner. Help customers understand Nirogam’s products and answer questions.
  • Follow up periodically for repeat orders, or as prescribed.
Complaint Resolution
  • Help and assist customers with their complaints, questions and their reservations, try to convince customers and qualify queries into leads

What you will do:

Purchase Execution
  • Planning, developing and buying materials & equipment in a timely & cost effectively manner.
  • Ensure all process of supplier’s contracts and proposals are in compliance with Nirogam’s code of business ethic
