-Spread the tomato sauce (low sodium) or finely sliced fresh tomatoes on the dough. Sprinkle fresh basil and garlic to add to the flavour.
-Sprinkle shredded low fat cheddar cheese to lower the fat intake and calories.
-Add fresh vegetables like broccoli, asparagus, bell peppers as they taste great and will keep your blood sugar in check.
-Bake the pizza in the oven at a temperature of 375 degrees for 15 minutes or until the crust turns golden brown in colour. Slice it and serve it hot.
