This planner has more than 200 ruled writing pages for all the working days of the year. It also includes pages on seasonal and daily regime.
Are the tips given in the planner applicable for all?
Yes most people can follow the tips given in the planner. However Pregnant or lactating women should consult their doctor before using them. The tips and Ayurvedic remedies should not be administered to children nor should they be used as replacement for physician’s consultation. People with Diabetes, hypertension, thyroidism and high cholesterol should use them with caution.
