Yes most people can follow the tips given in the planner. However Pregnant or lactating women should consult their doctor before using them. The tips and Ayurvedic remedies should not be administered to children nor should they
be used as replacement for physician’s consultation. People with Diabetes, hypertension, thyroidism and high cholesterol should use them with caution.
