Do you sit at the computer for long hours?  It’s common knowledge that people who work on computers forget to blink and this means the eyes dry out and cause a lot of strain.

Here are some very effective tips to prevent and take care of eye strain:

1.  Blink every second or every few seconds when you are at your computer

2.  Do palming exercise by rubbing your hands together until they feel warm and then place your palms over your closed eyes without touching the eyes.

3.  Splash cold water over your eyes every few hours.
