It is a very important hormone during conceiving. Exposure to light at night can reduce the production of melatonin. Going to bed early and bagging a good 8 hours of sleep  is recommended for optimum hormone production. Darkness plays a key role in a woman’s chance of conception. So wannabe mothers must bring about changes in their sleep patterns for easy conception.
