Do you get up in the morning with a neck pain or shoulder pain? If so, then review your sleeping posture. Change a pillow that has become too hard or has gone for more than 2 years old. Check your sleeping position. If you have back pain, sleep on your back with a pillow tucked under your knees. If you snore, then sleep on your side or tummy.
