Just like you set aside time every day to eat and work and all the other things that you manage to do, you should set aside sufficient time to sleep.

Night sleep is essential for overall health and improves your feeling of well-being.  It enhances your creativity and increases your productivity at work.  A good night’s rest is always followed by a day where you are less irritable and more accommodating and understanding when things don’t go your way.
