    Can I mix Thriphala with Chavanaprasham and take before sleep.

    Hi Shuku, I am glad that you found it useful.
    You can take Chyawanprasham 90 minutes before sleep with a glass of hot milk or water.

    Triphala can be taken in the morning on an empty stomach immediately after you rise from bed with a glass of lukewarm water.
    No need for you to mix it with Chyawanprash, as that might upset your belly.
