Fibromyalgia occurs in 1-3% of the population and mainly in women. Its symptoms include fatigue and muscular pain. Regular exercise is recommended as a therapy for fibromyalgia. Researchers have found that vibration exercises for the whole body may reduce  muscular pain associated with fibromyalgia. This finding is in the initial stage of testing. Now researchers have come up with a vibration training where the patient sits, stands or lies down on a vibrating machine. This machine vibrates the muscles of the whole body and improves body strength and reduce pain.
