Do Yoga to Enhance Your Bladder Control!

It can be very difficult to manage urinary incontinence. Urinary incontinence is more common in women than in men. A new study shows that yoga helps to gain better bladder control. A study group of women over 40 years with urinary incontinence were divided into two equal groups. One group did yoga regularly for 6 weeks while the second group did not. Results showed 70% improvement in bladder control in the first group as compared to a mere 13% in the second.
