In Ayurveda, a lot of such problems can be interconnected and depend a lot on your body constitution. A proper Prakruthi and Dosha analysis can reveal the root cause of the problem.

Ayurveda is a science of life, and recommends a three-pronged treatment where corrective measures have to be taken at Diet (Ahaar), Lifestyle (Vihaar), and Therapy (Aushadhi) levels.

This needs further investigation, and I would recommend you to book a consultation, Instead of recommending random products and trying them in vain.
I would be able to talk to you, understand your symptoms, diagnose the cause, and then advise you a diet, nutrition and lifestyle plan along with any medications if necessary. Would you be interested?
