    people reda all kinds of stuff nd start it off well but do not follow anything after sometimes,
    this is more dangerous, i feel.
    u do ur exercise daily moderately, eat the correct food, keep a watch on ur tonuge when u feel like eating more sweets, fried food. walk nd stay healthy.
