Do Padmasana Every Day to Improve Your Concentration and Much More!

PadmasanaDo Padmasana (Lotus Pose) every day to improve your concentration, prevent abdominal problems, and to stay calm.

Steps to do Padmasana:

– Sit on a mat on the floor, stretch out your legs in front and keep your spine erect.

– Fold right leg. Place right heel on left thigh.

– Fold left leg. Place left heel on right thigh.

– Place hands on knees with palms facing upwards.

This position is best for meditation or pranayama.

If you find it difficult to sit in the Padmasana pose for a long time, you can also sit with just one heel on the other thigh.  This pose is called Ardh Padmasana.
