In a study, 56 overweight women were divided into 2 equal groups and asked to cover 1 mile distance by walking. The first group took it as an exercise and the second group enjoyed it as a pleasure walk with music, as instructed. At the end of the task, the first group of women felt more tired and grumpy as compared to the second group. So just join a Zumba dancing or kick boxing class to enjoy your way to fitness!
