Herbs and Spices for Raynaud’s Disease

Raynaud’s phenomenon is a condition in which cold temperatures or strong emotions cause blood vessel spasms that block blood flow to the fingers, toes, ears, and nose. It is caused by spasms in the blood vessels reducing the flow of blood to the affected areas, and can be brought on by low external temperature or stress.

Chelidonium Majus is a homeopathic mother-tincture which can help.
Ginger is “hot” and chewing fresh Ginger can help you keep warm.
During an attack, you can immerse yourself into warm water (not very hot, but warm).
Two other homeopathic remedies, namely Veratrum Album and Arsenicum Album are also helpful.

Keep your body well-oiled and get a vigorating Body Massage using warm Ayurvedic oils. Massaging your fingers and palms in the evening can reduce the severity of the Raynaud’s attack.

Have you considered adding some social bookmarking buttons to these blogs. At the very least for myspace.

Sorry for the huge review, but I’m really loving the new Zune, and hope this, as well as the excellent reviews some other people have written, will help you decide if it’s the right choice for you.

I’m not sure exactly why but this website is loading extremely slow for me. Is anyone else having this issue or is it a issue on my end? I’ll check back later on and see if the problem still exists.
