Doing yoga regularly is the best gift that you can give yourself!

A short yoga routine every morning is the ideal way to get your daily dose of exercise. It is also a great way to relax after a tiring day.  However, experts also recommend some additional jogging or once in a while visit to the gym to strengthen your muscles. Yoga helps to reduce stress, anxiety and also strengthen the weakened muscles because of the stretches involved in it. Yoga doesn’t improve your cardiovascular fitness. Two studies conducted among women in different experiments showed that yoga doesn’t meet recommendations for levels of physical activity for improving or maintaining health. It should be supplemented with a gym session. Do you agree?
